A 4 Point Inspection is an examination of the major mechanical components of a home. This inspection includes a review of the roof, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. The inspector will check to see if they are up to code and operating correctly. This type of inspection is generally required when purchasing a home or obtaining homeowners insurance.
A Wind Mitigation Inspection is an examination of the structural elements of a home that are designed to resist high winds. This inspection includes a review of the roof covering, roof deck attachments, wall bracing and opening protection. The inspector will determine if the features are up to code and able to resist strong winds during a hurricane or other extreme weather event.
A Pool & Spa Inspection includes an examination of the pool and all elements necessary for a safe swimming environment. This inspection includes a review of the pool structure, equipment, decking, handrails, fences, and other safety features that are necessary for any swimming area.
