A Home Inspection includes a comprehensive examination of the current condition of the home. Depending on the age of the home and the type of inspection requested, the inspector will evaluate all aspects of the home, including the roof, foundation, attic, basement, exterior, interior, electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, and appliances.

A 4 Point Inspection is an examination of the major mechanical components of a home. This inspection includes a review of the roof, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. The inspector will check to see if they are up to code and operating correctly. This type of inspection is generally required when purchasing a home or obtaining homeowners insurance.

A Wind Mitigation Inspection is an examination of the structural elements of a home that are designed to resist high winds. This inspection includes a review of the roof covering, roof deck attachments, wall bracing and opening protection. The inspector will determine if the features are up to code and able to resist strong winds during a hurricane or other extreme weather event.

A Pool & Spa Inspection includes an examination of the pool and all elements necessary for a safe swimming environment. This inspection includes a review of the pool structure, equipment, decking, handrails, fences, and other safety features that are necessary for any swimming area.

An Irrigation System Inspection is an examination of the components of an automated sprinkler system. This inspection includes a review of the system's sprinkler heads, tracking heads, valves, piping, controllers, and other components to make sure they are functioning properly and up to code.

An Aerial Drone Inspection is an examination of the exterior of the home using an unmanned aerial vehicle, or drone. This inspection includes a review of the exterior walls, roof, and other features in order to identify any potential problems with the home that may not be visible from a traditional inspection.

A Punch Out List Inspection is an examination of all the features and elements of a new construction or remodeled home. The inspector will review the completed work to make sure it meets the building codes and standards and the homeowner's expectations.

A Home Inspection typically takes between 2-4 hours, depending on the size and complexity of the home being inspected. The inspector may take additional time to review any areas of concern that are discovered during the inspection.
